Natalie Galvin Psychotherapy
Welcome
Welcome to my website, my name is Natalie Galvin I am a psychotherapist working from my home on the out skirts of Hayle in Cornwall. I have been working as a private psychotherapist for over twenty years and gained much experience in many areas of psychotherapy.
My approach is both integrative and humanistic with a spiritual dimension to my work based upon Buddhist teachings and principles, consciousness work and depth psychology, alongside main stream approaches to psychotherapy.
My approach offers clients the space to explore their difficulties in the safety of the therapeutic environment and enables us to build a relationship upon which your personal story can begin to unfold and develop.
Coming into therapy is like bearing witness to your own journey often for the first time, as this process unfolds, together we can establish what is holding you back and work towards a more fruitful and positive future.
I believe the aim of psychotherapy is to gain healing and understanding. Together we can explore the possibility of well being, a sense of true happiness and an end to what is causing our suffering.
Psychotherapy is about searching for meaning, rather than seeking diagnosis or a quick fix to often very deep patterning and conditioning.
